First glimpse of the "Training weights", in the Other World, where Cid reincarnated.

The Magical Training Weights (魔法のトレーニングウェイト, Mahō no torēningu weito^?) are made by Cid Kagenou which aids in his daily training by increasing his innate strength, supremely, beyond human limits, in an evolutionary way but at the same time, allowing him to stay in shape. Over time, he applied these tools and their variants to Shadow Garden members.

Trivia

• Curiously, apart from Cid Kagenou, and outside of Shadow Garden, other people have begun to use a derivative of this Tool, such as Alexia Midgar (in some near future) and Annerose (who tried to deduce how Mundane Mann was so strong).^{[CITATION NEEDED]}
